MLQ30 Management Skills QuestionnaireBeta version
The purpose of the new mlq30 management skills test is to:
increase your understanding of what it takes to be a successful manager and leader
give you an idea of your current strengths, weaknesses, and development needs
help you improve your ability to be a creative and effective leader
The mlq30 measures thirty personal competencies covering six key areas of management and leadership performance: strategic and creative thinking, implementing and improving, leading and deciding, communicating and presenting, relating and supporting, and developing and changing.
The questionnaire consists of personal competency statements about management and leadership activities. You are asked to rate how easily/naturally these come to you on a 5 point scale from "very easily" to "not easily at all". Do not spend too long on each competency statement and try to avoid using the middle rating. If you need to change a rating, just click on one of the other buttons. There are 310 statements to rate and it should take you about 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
You will get a personal feedback summary report indicating those areas of management and leadership that come easily to you and those areas which you find harder and have to put in more effort to carry out successfully.
